Ben Franklin Park is located in York, PA within 5 miles of the York Fairgrounds/York Expo Center. We are a mobile home park currently transitioning to provide sites for RVs with water, sewer, and either 50 amp or 30 amp electric service. At this point, about 2/3 of our sites have been converted into RV sites.


We are situated in an excellent position for exploring this unique area. Within an hour, you can be at Hersheypark, Gettysburg, Baltimore (MD), Harrisburg, Lancaster Amish country, or one of the many other one-of-a-kind experiences listed on our "Area Attractions" page.
